Prompt arrival
Spa sessions should begin and end on time. “Domes SPA” reserves the right to shorten the duration of a session in cases where guests have arrived late. Please understand that this policy is necessary in order to prevent delays or inconvenience to other guests.

Children
The services provided by “Domes SPA” are available to persons over 16 years of age.

Smoking and alcohol
It is not permitted to smoke or drink alcohol in the “Domes SPA” facilities. Guests are advised to refrain from drinking alcoholic beverages at least 8 hours before commencement of a spa session.

Respect for others
The atmosphere in the “Domes SPA” center is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect the quiet and privacy of the other guests. It is not permitted to use mobile phones or other electric/electronic devices, nor take pictures or record videos inside the spa facilities.

Session cancellation
Any cancellation of a spa session must be made in advance, no later than 24 hours before its scheduled start time; otherwise the session will be charged.
